Voice and Influence Group for adopted young people

We are setting up a Voice and Influence Group for adopted young people in our region and we want your young person to be a part of this.

The group aims to give young people an opportunity to voice their thoughts and feelings about matters that affect their lives and be listened to. Your young person can help create positive change within Adopt South West, have their voice heard, and influence decision-making.

We are looking for 14 to 19 year olds of all genders, ethnicities, sexual identities and backgrounds to take part.

To find out more about this exciting opportunity please come along to one our next online information evenings with your young person on:

  • Tuesday 29 August at 6pm
  • Thursday 14 September at 6pm
  • Tuesday 19 September at 6pm

The session will last around 45 minutes. We will introduce the aims of the group and you and your young person will be able to ask questions. To book one of these sessions or to see if we have any other availability, please email adoptsouthwestsupport@devon.gov.uk
