When is Adopt South West open over Christmas and the New Year?

We are open on Monday 23 December and Tuesday 24 December then closed during the festive holiday period and open again on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Our advice and information line 0345 155 1076 from 9am to 1pm,will be available:

  • Monday 23 December 2024 – open 
  • Tuesday 24 December – open until 1pm
  • Wednesday 25 December – closed
  • Thursday 26 December – closed
  • Friday 27 December – closed
  • Monday 30 December 2024 – closed
  • Tuesday 31 December – open, normal working day
  • Wednesday 1 January 2025 – closed
  • Thursday 2 January 2025 – open, business as usual
  • Friday 3 January 2025 – open, business as usual

Who to call in an emergency

If you need urgent support and it is out of hours, or over the holidays when the offices are closed, you will need to contact the local council out of hours/emergency social care duty team for the area you live in. The numbers are:
