PAC-UK Online Support Group for Adopted Adults (free of charge)
This group is specifically for adopted adults who would like to connect with others who share similar experiences.
We meet monthly on a Wednesday evening from 6.30pm to 7.30pm, online via Zoom.

Each session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes

Whether you want to talk or just listen, you’re welcome. We recognise that everyone is at a different stage in their adoption journey. - Learning & Legacy
We aim to create educational resources and materials to support future generations of adoptees.
Drop-in format – no need to attend every session.
