A warm welcome is waiting for you in a safe, supportive space where you can
- meet others with a shared experience of loss
- talk about difficult feelings
- feel less alone
- be accepted as you are
- be supported in moving forwards
Our face-to-face groups take place in Plymouth and Exeter where you can meet Jan, Becky and Karen, our Family Practitioners from Adopt South West, who support birth families.
We have a mixture of face-to-face and online groups.
We provide a safe, caring space where you can feel supported and listened to by others who have shared similar experiences. At the same time, we want you to be able to have some fun and enjoy the group.
When the group meets
The next virtual online meeting is on Wednesday 17 January 2024, 1:30pm to 2:30pm.
More dates will follow in the New Year.
