Bay Deane, psychotherapist and adoptive parent, facilitates these monthly evening online support sessions for adopters and graduates of the therapeutic parenting course. Why not come along and join this supportive, friendly group?
Each month there’s time for parents to talk about their experiences as adoptive parents, and then Bay will introduce a topic for discussion – we’ve talked about Polyvagal theory, managing behaviour, siblings and much more. Each session ends with a short relaxation session for those who want to stay for it.
Dates and times
Sessions are held once a month, on a Tuesday, from 7.30pm to 9pm.
