SUMMARY:Virtual parents’ monthly support group\, with Bay Deane
DESCRIPTION:Bay Deane\, psychotherapist and adoptive parent\, facilitates t
 hese monthly evening online support sessions for adopters and graduates of
  the therapeutic parenting course. Why not come along and join this suppor
 tive\, friendly group?\n\nEach month there's time for parents to talk abou
 t their experiences as adoptive parents\, and then Bay will introduce a to
 pic for discussion – we’ve talked about Polyvagal theory\, managing be
 haviour\, siblings and much more. Each session ends with a short relaxatio
 n session for those who want to stay for it.\nDates and times\nSessions ar
 e held once a month\, on a Tuesday\, from 7.30pm to 9pm.\n\nUpcoming dates
