We are a friendly group.\n\n \;\n\nWe have a mixture of face to face and online groups\n\nTo join the online group\, we will require your email ad dress and we will send you a link by email to join Microsoft Teams before the meeting. The online (virtual) meetings will be a joint meeting with Ex eter and Plymouth Support Group. They are an hour from 1:30pm until 2:30pm .\n\nIn person groups are an hour and half.
