Join us to meet some furry and not-so-furry friends! As part of our holiday activity programme, we’ve arranged a special experience for up to twenty children to get up close with some unusual animals – just in time for Halloween.
Children will have the chance to meet and handle creepy crawlies and other less-than-cuddly creatures in a safe and supported environment. The sessions will be led by an experienced animal handler who has worked in zoos, wildlife parks, and schools. They’ll be dressed as a friendly witch to add a bit of Halloween fun.
There will be two sessions on Wednesday 30 October:
- Session one: 11:45am
- Session two: 12:45pm
Each session lasts around one hour. Please book only one session per child so more families can take part.
This activity is best suited to children who are curious about animals and unlikely to be frightened by them. All activities are fully risk assessed, and children will be asked to stay calm and quiet while handling the animals.
